We raise several types of poultry. Chickens, ducks, geese, guineas, and have a few peacocks and turkeys.
Our duck flock includes Cayugas, Indian Runners, and crosses. The ducks are used for both egg and meat production.
We raise Touloose geese, they are listed with the American Livestock Breeds Conservatory as a heritage breed. They
are raised for egg and meat production.
Our chickens are mostly hertiage breed, dark egg, dual purpose chickens. Breeds include Black Jersey Giants, Rhode
Island Reds, Welsummers, Wyannottes, Buff Orphingtons, Aracuana Bantams, and a few other odds and ends. We sell the
eggs, and dressed, frozen chickens.
