Oak Springs Farm is owned and operated by Martin L. and Kathy Sue O'Dell. Martin has an animal husbandry degree
from University of Missouri and Kathy holds a bachelors degree in secondary education in Family and Consumer Science (FACS) and
Mathematics from Central Missouri State University, now the University of Central Missouri. Kathy currently works at
the High School at Calhoun, Missouri, teaching Math and FACS, sponsoring the class of 2009 and the FCCLA organizations.
On any given visit, one might see a variety of animals at the farm. Currently, there are Belted Galloway Cattle,
American Paint Horse Association horses, Dairy and meat goats, guineas, geese, chickens, rabbits, ducks and peacocks.
And of course, the required farm animals, cats and dogs.
Starting in February of each year newborns start to arrive. We will soon have foals and kids appearing and for
sale. Watch the sale barn rings for more information.
